What she helped me realize was that the skills I'd developed in my previous jobs - which I felt were totally unrelated - actually complemented each other in ways I'd never thought of on my own. She helped me understand how my experiences related to each other and could integrate into the bigger picture of a career.

Kristina has an uncanny capacity of listening to your story and understanding your issue. I thought that my case was too unique and unusual and that it would take months of counselling to get a coach to understand my issues, but Kristina managed to get it in a 90 minute session - really impressive! Kristina really does have this holistic approach to it and tries to capture your life's context and understand the big picture. From there she was able to break it down for me and unveil to me what's been going on. She was able to offer me another perspective and frame to work with that I would not have thought of myself.
